Without Honesty, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office.

If they succeed, give them an award but if they struggle to make them realize their mistakes and work together to improve.
When you hold you’re subordinate to accountability, it will create a sense of responsibility among them and they will go about the business more seriously and work more effectively.
Empowerment is another strong quality of good leadership because to make good leaders you must be able to empower others.
As leaders, you cannot do everything, it is very important to be focused on key responsibilities while leaving the rest to others.
By empowering your followers and sharing the task with them. If you continue to mismanage your subordinates, it will develop a lack of trust and more importantly, it will avoid you to focus on important matters, as you should be.
Giving the task to your subordinates and see how they will perform is part of empowerment.
Make sure you provide them with all the resources and support they need to achieve the aims and objectives and give them the chance to bear the responsibility.
Empathy is another quality of good leadership. This the last but certainly not the least.
Unfortunately, most leaders follow a dictatorial style and neglect empathy altogether. So, good leaders should develop empathy with their followers.
However, due to this fact, leaders fail to make a closer connection with their followers. To become an effective leader the first step is to understand the problems of your followers and feeling their pains.
Although this is not enough until you work hard and provide your followers with a suitable solution to their problem.
